IPO is a fully serviced, furnished office business centre with two floors of executive offices and suites, located in a secure environment, and supported by professional business centre staff. Flexible use of space and services offers clients a productive work environment. Shared reception area, common areas, facilities, amenities, and meeting/training rooms provide a convenient, cost-effective solution for clients.
Eight meeting/board rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people are available to the tenant at discounted rates, along with several larger seminar/training rooms that can accommodate upwards of 40 people. We are also able to arrange for catering services through our Executive Services Coordinator.
Tenants have access to the 2nd and 3rd floor common areas such as, kitchens, with free tea and coffee service, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
We have a copy and mail area located on the 2nd floor where you can print, scan and copy. Fax service is available at the main reception desk.
